3. Verify Your Email The system sends a confirmation link — check your inbox, spam, AND promotions folder to make sure you receive it.

4. Automatic Bid Updates You’ll get email alerts if someone outbids you. (Again — check all email folders!)

5. Winning the Auction If you win, you’ll receive a payment link by email. Payment must be completed within the time listed or the item goes to the next bidder.

6. Tip: Stay signed in and keep notifications on so you don’t miss anything.

For health and safety reasone, there is no refund or exchanges. If an item is defective, please email and contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

The longecity of your product depends upin how well you take care of your extensions. With good and proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last for up to one year.

You absolutely can! These extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you should treat them as your own. Washing and blow drying should be done to keep your extensions fresh and beautiful.

We don't recommend adding oil to the extensions. However, an alternative is Biosilk Silk Therapy. It is a hair serum and it is HEAVEN TO HAIR. You can use it on curly hair, straight hair, and wavy hair. It also serves as a heat protectant.

These are suggestions, but how many bundles you need solely depends on your own personal preference for thinness or thickness. Keep in mind the longer the length the thinner the bundle, that is why number of bundles for use vary.

The hair comes in the originally state of the donors hair. Which is normally closest to a 1B. Remember hair can be colored to your liking.
