Shipping & Returns
After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. After we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to the address provided via Paypal. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
For apparel and merchandise we will accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for directions and reason for exchanges.
Our hair and mink eyelashes are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at email@example.com IMMEDIATELY within 2 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
